What do you like best about Walls.io?

I really like Walls.io for its modern design and the ease with which I can change it on my own. Even though my team didn't move forward with Walls.io, I found the privacy features to be a better fit for us. Also, the customer service is awesome, which is why I'm leaving this review. "Worth the premium for compliance, moderation, and brand safety"

What do you like best about Walls.io?

While there are cheaper tools out there, none of them give me the same confidence around brand safety, GDPR compliance, and accessibility. The built-in moderation tools, language filters, and accessibility-friendly layouts mean I don’t have to worry about something slipping through during a high-stakes event. It just works. Setting it up takes minutes, and suddenly you have this living, breathing feed of content that makes any website, event, of campaign feel dynamic. I especially love the Direct Posts feature - people don't even need a social media account to join in, which makes it super inclusive for employees and event attendees. I love how smoothly Walls.io integrates with ScreenCloud. It takes minutes to set up, and suddenly your screens aren’t just looping static slides — they’re alive with real-time social posts, campaign hashtags, or employee shout-outs. Our customers constantly tell us how much more engaging their signage feels once they connect Walls.io. Their customer support is also very responsive which can be useful if needed. What do you dislike about Walls.io?

There's not much to complain about. Sometimes the moderation dashboard can feel a little busy when you’re managing a high-volume campaign, but they recently introduced AI-powered moderation, so that kind of solves the problem because most of the content is approved automatically according to specific rules we define on setup. The biggest win is freshness. Digital signage can get stale if you don’t update it all the time. With Walls.io, new content flows in automatically, and moderation tools give peace of mind that only brand-safe posts make it on screen. What do you like best about Walls.io?

I recently used Walls.io for an event I was part of the marketing team, and I have to say the experience was absolutely incredible.

The interface is clean and easy to navigate, and I didn’t have to spend hours and hours figuring out how to create a social wall. What stood out the most was how purpose-built the features are, everything feels well-thought-out and designed for events. Customization, live social feed, easy integrations ..etc

The support team deserves special mention too, they were incredibly responsive and helpful whenever I had a question (shoutout to Neira).

For me, in an age of short attention spans, Walls.io is solving the challenge of keeping event audiences engaged in real time.
